Returns, Exchanges and Warranties If any of CBT Products are proven to CBT’s satisfaction to have been defective at time of any sale, CBT will replace the defective product at no expense to the customer. Any product that has been damaged due to negligence caused by the customers cannot be returned to the Manufacturer and therefore shall be the customer’s sole responsibility. If a customer has determined that the product has not met the expectations or delivered the expected results, he may return the undamaged unit to the Manufacturer for a refund. Such request for refund has to be received in a written format to CBT. All permanently installed Units SP-1, AP-1, AP-2, AP-3, AP-6, AP-8, AP-10 and AP-12 – (All-Purpose Stainless Steel, In-Line Water Structuring Units) – come with a Full 6 months (or two full growing seasons for agricultural applications) money back guarantee if not completely satisfied; and a Full 10 year warranty against factory defects in parts or workmanship. The Stainless Steel Personal Hand Held/Faucet and Shower/Under Sink Water Structuring Units come with a Full 30 day money back guarantee if not completely satisfied; and a Full 10 year warranty against factory defects in parts or workmanship. The Polycarbonate Units come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, if not satisfied; and a 1 year warranty against factory defects in parts or workmanship. Each Crystal Blue Stainless Steel Water Structuring Unit is built to last for generations to come. Note: Warranty & Guarantees are voided if product is returned damaged. If you receive the product in a damaged condition, you must notify us immediately upon its receipt. Payments All major Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal are all acceptable methods of payment. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. Cancellation Policy  Minimum 24 hours’ notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. Availability The Company does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.
